Shipping and Handling

All orders ship free of charge. Smokesign.com charges a 7% warehouse handling fee on all orders. This fee is expressed as a tax, however the fee is a WAREHOUSE HANDLING fee. The HTML code on our checkout box is difficult to manipulate and hence inserting a "Handling Fee' label underneath the tax and shipping fields is not possible at this time. Please note that the 7% expresses a warehouse handling fee and not a tax.

The physical shipping charges for fire extinguishers and the physical hazardous material charges for the freight on fire extinguishers is NOT CHARGED to you. The Hazardous Material charges on the shipment on 1 or more extinguishers is $25.00 (smokesign.com does not charge you for this). Furthermore, smokesign.com does not charge you the UPS or FED EX or Freight Transportation charges on these items. We do, however charge an inhouse 7% warehouse handling fee on all orders.

Hence, please note that we charge a 7% inhouse warehouse handling fee on all orders placed on www.smokesign.com and that this fee is expressed as a tax.

All bulk orders that have shipped face a 25% restocking fee.
